About Peace For Humanity Foundation
Peace For Humanity Foundation is a Nigeria-based non‑governmental organisation with several national and international affiliations. We work across health, peacebuilding and economic empowerment, with a regional emphasis on sub‑Saharan Africa.
Our objectives
The objectives of the organisation center on health‑care interventions and economic empowerment delivered through multipronged programmes.
- Health summits, outreaches and targeted health interventions
- Educational conferences for skill acquisition and peaceful coexistence
- Economic empowerment programmes for women and vulnerable groups
- Youth development projects (skills, sports and competitions)
What we do
Principally, Peace For Humanity Foundation complements government efforts at national, state and local levels across the following areas:
- Peace, unity and national integration
- Health care intervention programmes
- Women economic empowerment programmes
- Strategic youth development projects
Program highlights
All programmes aim to create employment, promote national cohesion and improve health standards through quality service delivery (including progress toward Universal Health Coverage and health security). We prioritise reducing suffering among women and children and advancing projects aligned with the SDGs 2030 agenda.
For women economic empowerment we have organised programmes across Nigeria's thirty‑six states (including NYSC engagement) and are expanding partnerships with state governments, ministries and agencies. We are designing an implementation roadmap for women economic empowerment across 54 African countries, planned for rollout after an international summit.
Peace, unity and national integration activities include awareness campaigns, social mobilization, motivational talks at NYSC camps and institutions, distribution of materials in public spaces, and radio outreach. Youth empowerment remains a core focus to address juvenile delinquency through skills training and engagement.
